New York Knicks

Listen (or read, whatever), the only player on the New York Knicks’ roster that I want and even care to discuss is Kristaps Porzingis.

If the Suns are going to tank this season, do so by trading literally everything but Booker and Ayton and snap up Porzingis. He might miss the entire season but that’s fine. When healthy Porzinigis is one of the most incredible power forwards in the league and would immediately make the Suns better.

Then using those three as bait, go hard after free agents in the offseason and if they acquire one bigger star, they will really have something special brewing in the Valley of the Suns.

Make it happen, James Jones.

In terms of point guards though, they’re probably not trading Frank Ntilikina anymore. He’s playing way too well for them at the moment on a bad team (8.3p/3.0a and 37.5% from 3) and I bet that that front office and fanbase is salivating thinking about seeing he and Porzinigis together on the court at the same time next season.

So maaaaaaaybe Emmanuel Mudiay?

Supposedly the Suns and Denver Nuggets were in talks for a swap that would send Mudiay to Phoenix last summer that never went through. Personally I am glad about it because Mudiay just isn’t any good.

But at the same time, he is probably better than Isaiah Canaan so he wouldn’t be the worst.

Maybe the Milwaukee Bucks’ first round pick could pry him away if Phoenix has no other options.
