Shaquille Harrison
Harrison was undrafted a year ago, but he caught on with the Suns for 23 games last season. His toughness endeared him to fans and gave him an opportunity for minutes. This season, though, he’ll once again have to battle for playing time behind two high-potential second round picks and possibly other additions. How does he feel about once again having to prove himself?
De’Anthony Melton
Melton was the biggest return in the trade with Houston. He was the 46th pick in the draft, and he had an outstanding Summer League that made many question why he didn’t go sooner. He’s also thought to be an essentially perfect fit as the point guard next to Devin Booker, and the Phoenix Suns are without an obvious starter. With all that in mind, does Melton see himself in a competition to be the starting point?
Elie Okobo
Okobo was the first pick of the second round, and he has a legitimate chance to earn the starting point guard job. How does he see himself fitting next to Devin Booker and the rest of the starters, and is being a starter a goal of his? Also, how is the Frenchman adjusting to life in the United States, and does he think his previous professional experience gives him a leg up on other rooks?
