Western Conference All-Stars (Oops! I mean,
Golden State Warriors):

PG – Stephen Curry: 95

SG – Klay Thompson: 89 (is that low?)

SF – Kevin Durant: 97

PF – Draymond Green: 87

C – DeMarcus Cousins: 90 (Are they sure?  Anyway, he’s going to be out for a while.)

Earlier this summer I predicted that the Suns would pull out a victory over the Warriors at some point in 2018-19 and I stand by it.

The Warriors are supremely better than, well, everybody in the league, especially the Phoenix Suns. However, Golden State does lose a few games every year, they have been becoming quite bored with the regular season, and it is easy to imagine that they’ll slip and lose to probably 3-5 teams this season they absolutely shouldn’t have lost to, so why can’t one of those games be the Suns.

Overall there isn’t a single position that the Suns win, although they have a tie  with Booker and Draymond Green – at different positions.

The Warriors are of course going to run circles over the Suns this season and easily win three out of four at minimum. Even in the video game it’s near impossible to beat Golden State when playing with Phoenix (unless you play on rookie mode – which is why I go undefeated every year).

BTW, this rating total and average is skewed because Cousins isn’t expected to even play until around the All-Star break, and he might never be the player he once was. But if he comes back and is a 90 rating kind of player – sheesh.

Also, is Klay Thompson really  only an 89? That seems awfully low.

Total Rating Score: 458         Average starter rating: 91.6
