Dario Saric
I love the idea of Dario Saric’s fit on the Phoenix Suns. He’s got the ability to guard multiple positions, he is an elite shooter at the forward spot, and he’s really good with the ball in his hands. How the Suns can get their hands on a player that normally a team like the Sixers would never even think of trading is to call San Antonio, call whoever is currently in charge in Philadelphia, and get in between a blockbuster trade.
Philly is going to go star-hunting and if the Suns can find a way to leverage their greed into Saric, that’d be a massive win for Phoenix.
It has been widely reported that the Spurs prefer to send Leonard to the Eastern Conference. So, how about a simple three-team deal?
Kawhi Leonard, T.J. Warren, Marquese Chriss, Markelle Fultz
Obviously the Spurs get their way and send Leonard to the Eastern Conference while also getting a fairly decent haul. Warren and Fultz help keep the Spurs competitive right now, while the future first round pick of Sacramento’s helps them to continue the rebuild minus Leonard.
I love this idea for all three teams involved. Everyone gets better, which is pretty rare in a trade situation. Come on Ryan…
