11th Pick

The Hornets are absolutely loaded with bad contracts. Most of these contracts are in their front court, which is crowded with mediocre players. In this deal, they flip one of those contracts for a scoring wing on a good deal in Warren, and move back 5 spots in the draft.

For Phoenix, they get to move up to 11 and theoretically grab a player that they really love, and in exchange get a solid center in return. They move Warren and free up the logjam at small forward, and get valuable assets in return.
