15th Pick

The Wizards move back one spot, and in return trade one bad contract for one that might help their team better. Mahinmi is severely overpaid, and he hasn’t done a whole lot with Washington. They swap him for Brandon Knight, who could provide a scoring punch off the bench for them when Wall and Beal sit.

For the Suns, they finally get rid of Brandon Knight’s ineptitude, and start fresh. Mahinmi is a solid post defender, and perhaps a new team could rejuvenate him and suck more production out of him. The Suns also get to move up one pick, which might ensure they get a specific player they really wanted instead of another team that might have traded with Washington instead.

UCLA. Aaron Holiday. 15. player. 66. . Guard
