T.J. Warren – Mid First Round

Warren has a lot going for him. He averaged 19.6 points per game last season. He’ll play next year at just 25. And he’s locked in to a manageable contract over just over $10 million per year for the next four seasons. However, he’s not a particularly good shooter or defender, making him a strange fit in today’s NBA. He can definitely be a solid starter in the league and even help out a winning team, but his limitations hurt his ability fit into many team’s systems. But even so, he’s a solid player with legitimate value.

Josh Jackson – Top Ten

Jackson struggled to start his rookie season, and he didn’t meet expectations defensively, but his strong finish to the year was enough to prove how good he can be. All of the reasons he was drafted a year ago are all still valid reasons to believe in his future. He’s an athletic wing with a three point shot that figures to improve. He also has above average slashing ability, and playing with quality playmakers around him would be huge for his game. He doesn’t quite have the same value he had last year when he was picked fourth, but he’s still great asset with high potential.

Devin Booker – Top Five

Booker was the 13th pick in the 2015 draft, and he’s done nothing but impress ever since. Next season will already be his fourth, even though he’ll be playing it at just 22 years old. He’s one of the league’s best scorers, averaging 24.9 points per game last season, and if he can improve his passing and defense he’ll become one of the league’s best all-around players. He might not have the value of number one overall, but he’s an established talent that would be worth any other top five pick.
