It is hard to put him any higher on this list because his career has not spanned enough years to warrant it. However, with each passing season, he will inch closer and closer to a point where, who knows, someday he may be at the very top of it.

Through three seasons Devin Booker has put together an astonishingly successful career, averaging over 20 points per game twice already, and in his third season, filling out the stat sheet nightly with a 24.9 points/4.5 rebounds/4.7 assists/0.9 steals per game line that is Kobe Bryant-esque, although with a 38.3 3-point percentage, an outside shooting percentage that Kobe never got close to.

Booker’s very early claim to fame is of course his 70-point outburst against the Boston Celtics on March 24, 2017, in only his 147th career game. Already a budding scorer at that point, that game catapulted him into the annals of NBA history with only the league’s 11th 70+ scoring game ever.

Booker projects to be one of the best players in the league during his prime, already regarded by some as one of the best shooting guards in the NBA today. As the team begins to win more and Booker won’t be shut down for minor aches and pains playing in a greater number of games throughout the year, he will begin putting together some of the best seasons – and possibly the best career – of any player in franchise history.
