Alec Peters

2017-18 Stats:

4.1 PPG, 1.9 RPG, 0.6 APG, 20 GP

Outlook: It depends.

Peters gave the Suns a decent finish to the season when he scored 36 points in the season finale against the Dallas Mavericks. He is a solid shooter from behind the arc, and he projects to one day be a good bench scorer in the mold of a Mirza Teletovic or Ersan Ilyasova, if he reaches his potential of course. But Peters so far has had plenty of good flashes that should make Suns fans excited about his future.

At this point, Alec Peters should be the last man on the bench, and he should once again get plenty of playing time in Northern Arizona so he can continue to fine tune his skill sets and find a niche for himself at the next level. He should make the team next year, with the exception being if the Suns keep all the picks they have in the draft that might beat him out for a spot at the back end of the roster
