Jason Kidd

Jason Kidd was the ultimate defensive, play-making point guard. He shared Co-Rookie of the Year Honors with Hill and was selected to five All-NBA First Teams, nine All-Defensive Teams and 10 All-Star games. He also tasted the glory of hoisting the Larry O’Brien trophy, winning a ring with the Dallas Mavericks. Kidd is still second all-time in assists (12,091) and steals (2,684), third in both 3-pointers (1,988) and triple-doubles (107). Jason transformed the Suns of the late 90’s and early 00’s into a contending (although disappointing in it’s total results) team. His best work came with the Suns and Nets, turning around franchises and being very unselfish with the ball as he was always looking to set up his team mates. Congrats Jason Kidd!
