3. Devonte Graham – Kansas/From North Carolina (6-2 185, 23-years-old)

Devonte put up a 40-41-83 shooting line this season with averages of 17.3 points, 7.5 assists, 3.9 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. He maintained those numbers in nine games versus ranked teams showing he can hold against competition. Graham was unanimously chosen as Big 12 Player of the Year over projected lottery pick Trae Young and is 1 of 4 finalists for the James A Naismith Trophy, an annual award given to college’s top basketball players. He plays a beautiful style of basketball that fans love to watch. He went off for not one but two 35 point games this season and also had 6 different games with at least 10 assists. That shows he can take over games with both his scoring and play making. He’d make for a great backup point guard, possibly even get his hands on the starting job somewhere. His demeanor would likely make him a fan favorite. Devonte would be a great fit in Phoenix and for only the price of a second round pick, that is definitely a gamble the Suns front office should take.
