4. Tony Carr – Penn State/From Pennsylvania (6-5 205, 20-years-old)

Tony made 46% of his 3-pointers this season for a 19.9 point per game scoring average along with 4.8 rebounds and 4.7 assists. In eight games against ranked competition, he made 48% of his treys and scored 24.3 points per game along with 5.3 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game. He likes being in the spot light, he can flat out shoot the ball, he makes plays and he is a good rebounder. Stop me when I get to something that wouldn’t help the Suns. He scored at least 25 points in 11 different games and was named 1st Team All-Big 10. He is not a great athlete but his long arms give him the ability to guard at the next level and get a good look on his shot. He also isn’t a true point guard but rather a combo guard. However, in this league, that’s not really an issue at 6′-5″  and he has a competitive mindset to step up his game. He sounds an awful lot like Spencer Dinwiddie and that’s not bad at all. His game and his fire should allow him to definitely blossom into at minimum a first guard off the bench.
