6. Josh Okogie – Georgia Tech/From Nigeria (6-4 215, 19-years-old)

Josh had a 42-38-82 shooting line good for 18.2 points per game. He also averaged 6.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.8 steals and 1 block per game making him a decent 3-And-D prospect. In seven games versus ranked competition, he maintained those numbers and shot better from the field (47%). Then #9 Duke watched him have arguably his best game of the season as he went off for 29 points, 6 boards, 4 dimes, 2 thefts and 1 swat. His game this year helped him make 3rd Team All-ACC. He is only 6′-4″ which is somewhat short for a shooting guard. However, he has a 7′-0″ wingspan and 8′-5″ standing reach. That means he’s VERY long and more than capable of handling guys bigger than him. With Davon Reed‘s status up in the air on whether he is a long term fit on the Suns and the possibility of Troy Daniels possibly being included in a trade, Okogie could be a very good replacement. Imagine Daniels’ daggers coupled with pretty good defense. Oh, and he’s only 19.
