2. Trevon Bluiett – Xavier/From Indiana (6-6 215, 22-years-old)

Trevon is my top shooting guard prospect for the second round in regards to fit on the Suns. He has an absolutely beautiful shot and is one of the top shooters in the country. He put up a 44-42-86 shooting line this season with averages of 19.5 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. He hit 8 long bombs for a 37 point night against Seton Hall during the season. In six games versus ranked teams, he kept up his shooting and averages showing no drop off against solid competition. He was awarded five All-American recognitions and has the potential to have a floor of a legit 6th man in the NBA. Bluiett tested the big league waters each of the past two drafts and both times decided to return to Xavier. In doing so, he’s now one of the most accomplished players in Xavier’s history and feels well prepared for not just getting into the NBA but staying in the NBA. He is the school’s second all-time leading scorer and has led the team to over 100 wins. Maybe he could help the Suns start winning games as well.
