After the team got off to an 0-13 start to the season, Reed went offensive accuracy crazy making 55 of his next 69 shots (80 percent) putting up 9.9 points along with 8.6 rebounds and 3.3 blocks per game when the team went 15-6 the rest of the way. Arguably, his best scoring night was when he made 7-9 attempts and hung 19 points on then #3 Kansas. In fact, in four games against ranked teams, he averaged 14.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.8 blocks. His 2.9 blocks per game set him at ninth in the NCAA. Sounds like a player that never quits and the Suns could use that.
