The Phoenix Suns are armed with multiple second round picks. It’s time to evaluate draft prospects at center the Suns should look at with those picks.

Google defines an underdog as “a competitor thought to have little chance of winning a fight or contest.” These guys all have little chance of getting selected in the first round. However, we all know some times the underdog wins and some of these athletes have something to contribute and would be good adds to this young Suns team.

Just over the last four drafts, there have been MANY players that have come out swinging and shown they have a place in this league. Jordan Bell, Dillon Brooks, Tyler Ulis, Malcolm Brogdon, Montrezl Harrell, Richaun Holmes, Josh Richardson, Andrew Harrison, Joe Harris, Jerami Grant, Nikola Jokic, Dwight Powell and Jordan Clarkson are just some examples. From scoring to rebounding to the dirty work that helps teams win, they are all contributors (some more than others).

Without further ado, let’s jump right into looking at the prospects.

13. Goga Bitadze – Republic of Georgia/Liga ABA (6-11 250, 18-years-old)

Goga, with a 7-2 wingspan, is a big banger-type that sets strong screens and does very well in the pick and roll. He’s averaging 13.9 points on 54 percent field goal accuracy with 5.0 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in only 22.5 minutes. That’s 8.0 rebounds and 3.5 blocks per 36 minutes. His strongest offensive game saw him make 9-13 attempts along with a trey for 23 points. He has shown stretch potential and would be a draft and stash pick.
