With the NBA trade deadline this Thursday, this will be the first of a set of pieces (Western Conference coming soon) on possible trade scenarios for the Phoenix Suns.

Over the last week, the league and fans were shocked with a big trade (see Blake Griffin to Detroit). They were also reminded little trades matter too (see Rashad Vaughn for Tyler Zeller).

It is not set in stone whether Phoenix has a shocker or a little splash in their future but that’s what makes this whole time of season exciting.

For the above stated reason, I will include one small trade and one big trade scenario with each team. Some smaller deals will be bigger than others and some bigger deals will not be as extreme.

SPOILER ALERT – Some are realistic, others are a dream. But again, in this league, anything can happen.

Let’s jump right in.
