How the Suns can pull off a trade for a star

Toronto Raptors

The Raptors are another team that just doesn’t have the kind of potential star power that the Suns would want, at least at the cost that the Suns would be willing to pay.

Toronto is up near the top of the Eastern Conference and are absolutely looking to add and not subtract. There really is nobody that the Suns could make an offer for that makes sense to them that wouldn’t cost Devin Booker to make happen.
