How the Suns can pull off a trade for a star

The only “star” on Sacramento is De’Aaron Fox, and as he is only a rookie, it would take nothing short of Devin Booker to pry him away, making a trade for the point guard near impossible.

This roster has a ton of young pieces that need to become stars for the Kings to start winning again. This is much like the Suns, but at least Phoenix is a few years ahead of the Kings and are beginning to know exactly who their players will become.
