Right now, the 76ers need to add veterans to their roster. If they could somehow place Paul George in a rotation with Embiid, Simmons, and friends, they’d be absolutely legit in the Eastern Conference.

The Suns don’t really have what the Sixers are looking for (aside from Booker), which limits any options for trading.

In terms of trading for a star, their two main men mentioned above aren’t going anywhere. I bet that they love Dario Saric too much right now to consider moving him as well, and Markelle Fultz is still too much of an unknown at this moment to want to acquire. If Fultz comes back with a fixed shot and suddenly looks like a 20 and 6 guy right away, they wouldn’t trade him for anything either.

I don’t see anyone Philadelphia would be willing to trade without Booker being in the package in return, and since that would never happen, then nothing here can happen.
