How the Suns can pull off a trade for a star

Speaking of Kristaps Porzingis…
The Suns made a run at the unicorn over the summer and it’s terribly unfortunate that they were unable to steal him away before Phil Jackson was fired. At this point he is just way too good to be traded, even for a .500 team in the Eastern Conference, and thus isn’t worth any more mention than this blurb right now.
The Suns too attempted to acquire Frank Ntilikina, to no avail (although he is ever going to be a star? Probably not.)
Other than those two, I just don’t see any “stars” on the roster that the Suns should chase. It sucks that Porzingis is untouchable because we all know that he would be perfect alongside Devin Booker.
Oops, I did mention him again.
