The Suns were 2-2 (.500) last week. Phoenix beat the Mavericks in Dallas, lost to the Clippers in LA, were victorious over the Grizzlies at home and then lost to the Timberwolves at home. The young ones showed some boom and bust. Let’s dicsuss.

Back of the Bench/Injured Players/Roster Movement

Mike James, 2 weeks after being signed to a full contract, James was waived by the team. Newcomer Isaiah Canaan pushed him out of the rotation and a spot was needed to keep Canaan so Mike was released. James finished his Suns campaign with a 39-27-76 shooting line and averages of 10.4 points, 3.8 assists and 0.8 steals per game. Good luck to him and his future.

Alan Williams is still recovering with no new word on him as of late and Davon Reed is still expected to make an early January entrance into the Association.

Alec Peters cooled down a little bit but is still playing well for the NAZ Suns, as he had a 48-35-67 shooting week good for 19.5 points along with 9.5 rebounds.

Danuel House played in all four games for Phoenix, but only made 1 of his 9 treys (11%) for a 4.8 point average and his minutes will surely plummet with Devin Booker’s return.

Let’s get to the main rotation guys.
