The Suns had a 1-2 (.333) week. Phoenix beat the Bulls in Chicago, sweeping them this season. This was followed by a loss to the Pistons in Detroit and Celtics in Boston. The Young Suns put in some work, positive and negative. Let’s take a look.

Back of the Bench/Injured Players

No recent news has come in on Davon Reed or Alan Williams. Let’s continue to wish them a full and speedy recovery and we will see them back on the court when ready.

Derrick Jones Jr did not play for the major league team last week but played well for the G League team. He made over 60% of his shots, 50% of his threes and scored 75 points in 85 total minutes. He also averaged 9 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1 block per game. Oh, and he only had 1 turnover the entire week.

Alec Peters had a decent week, playing two of three games. He had a 48/47/100 shooting line to the tune of 15.5 points per game with 5.5 rebounds and 3 assists per match.

Let’s look at each main rotation player and their development.
