Milwaukee Bucks
The Bucks have offered the Suns Thon Maker, Greg Monroe, and a protected pick, according to Tim Montemayor of 1580 The Fanatic. This might be somewhat interesting for the Suns as Maker is an intriguing prospect. At only 20-years-old he certainly needs a lot of development, but he’s a seven footer who plays solid defense and can shoot from long range.
Greg Monroe isn’t much of a prize by himself. However, he is on an expiring contract, which does free up some cap space for the Suns during the offseason. This isn’t something to get too excited about, but it is nice to dump salary whenever you get the chance. Of course, the Suns will probably try to get a bigger prize out of the Bucks, such as Jabari Parker or Malcolm Brogdon. Parker seems the most logical choice, in light of his injury history and his lack of fit with Giannis Antetokounmpo. He is still very talented, though, so he might be hard to pry away.
