Is Robert Sarver prepping to sell the Suns?

Clue Number Four: New Arena?
Sarver has spoken in the past about his desire for a new arena.
Talking Stick Resort Arena is 25-years-old and while still looks very nice, it is far from the modern amenity that newer arenas are in the league today (have you seen the new Detroit Pistons digs? Look it up. Trust me).

However, Sarver wouldn’t need to be a part of the opening night when that new arena finally opens to a roaring sold out home crowd, but if he can get the financing in place – specifically the tax payer funding that he has been seeking – then a new owner could step right in and reap the benefits of purchasing a team with a new facility.
Having that financing lined up alone would allow buyers to jump at the opportunity to buy the Suns since they wouldn’t have to go through all the legislative work that Sarver has dealt with, especially so early on in their tenure.
If Sarver is able to get something approved quickly (or at least additional funding to remodel the Suns’ current home), then that alone could jump start the sale process.
