Steve Nash:

Steve Nash really only has one coaching achievement on his resume, it just happens to be Steph Curry. Limited sample size, but pretty encouraging results. Nash’s personality might be the closest thing there is to Pops in the NBA. He’s dry, likable, and excessively intelligent. Few players have ever understood the game better than Nash and it seems likely that his knowledge would easily translate to coaching. He also has the support of Robert Sarver which would be a new concept for Phoenix coaches.
