2. Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns
We all knew it was coming. As talented as Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Lou Williams, and Buddy Hield all are, there was never any doubt that Devin Booker would be sitting above all of them on this list.
Of course, Booker is not sitting at number one, but the second overall spot is nothing to sneeze at. Book has developed into a special player, and Suns fans have a right to be excited about him. Like Buddy Hield, Devin Booker is an extremely promising young player, and looks like he has the potential to be one of the NBA’s next generation of superstars.
With his consistent 3-point shot and some impressive finishes at the rim, D-Book will be looking to climb to number on this list by this time next offseason.
