The 5’10” point guard might be small, but when closing out the previous season, he packed a huge punch.

Ulis reminds me of Goku, a character from the famous anime Dragon Ball Z. Although the kid version of him, of course, due to his height. At first glance, opponents may not think much of him, but once they step up to play, they have to think of a different strategy to slow him down than just using their own height to their advantage.

His current rating probably coincides more with his late season surge (16.1 ppg, 8.5 apg, & 3.6 rpg) than the actual body of work through 61 games. His 75 is on par with Will Barton, CJ Miles, Nick Young, and fellow teammate Jared Dudley. All of the latter are fine players to have.

Is Ulis in that class or above them yet? It’s a mystery now but it’ll be exciting to find out.
