Facilitating Guard: Eric Bledsoe

To start off our five man set, we have Eric Bledsoe. In this lineup, there is no standard “point guard.” So instead of playing a traditional point guard position, Bledsoe will be in more of a facilitating point guard role.

Entertainment wise, Bled is athletic enough to consistently get to the rim, pulling off highlight reel dunks seemingly at will. His ability to drive to the basket draws in opposing defenders which in turn frees up his teammates for open shots, hence the “facilitating point guard” title.

As an athletic, exciting guard, Eric Bledsoe is the perfect fit to start as the “point guard” in this starting five.
