The creators of NBA2K seem to be high on the 4th overall pick from Kanas.

His trademark afro will be a welcoming addition to the Suns roster as he brings playmaking, defensive prowess, and a level of athleticism to the table.

His current rating puts him below fellow rookies Lonzo Ball and Markelle Fultz who are at 80s. Yet Jackson is ahead of other rookies Jayson Tatum, De’Aaron Fox, and Dennis Smith Jr. Most would agree that his rating is just about right considering his draft position and despite Tatum going a spot ahead of him in the draft. With that said, 2K got this slightly off.

Jackson should be bumped up towards a 79. He has the similar amount of upside like the top two point guards selected in the draft. For the record, Fultz should be rated slightly higher than Lonzo while the Big Baller Brand member should remain the same.

Jackson can stake a claim in this year’s Rookie of the Year race. Why not have him a little closer to the top of the food chain?
