Elijah Millsap signed a multi-year contract with the Suns at the tail end of the season. He mostly spent his time with the Northern Arizona Suns before getting called up where he appeared in the last two games for the Suns.

With the injury to Brandon Knight, the backup shooting guard position got thinner and Millsap should try and capitalize. His biggest threat for the position is rookie Davon Reed out of the University of Miami.

Millsap is certainly talented enough to become a great role player for the team. His game is perfect as a backup because of the physicality he brings and the athletic ability he posses.
