Play at an all-star level
Eric Bledsoe played his best year last season. He averaged career highs in scoring, 21.1 ppg, assists, 6.3 apg, and free throw shooting, 84%. He also grabbed 4.8 rpg which is the second best for his career.
At the age of 27, he should be entering his prime on a team looking to go young. But that shouldn’t stop him from playing at an all-star level, something he’s capable of doing.
He will be the guy that will run the offense and he is still the Suns’ best player. If next year he can make that leap then the Suns might make it to the playoffs sooner than expected.
Bledsoe will be tasked to lead this young Suns team. And with a crowded point guard crop in the west, playing at an all-star level will be the goal in mind for Bledsoe.
