At the start of the 2016-2017 season, most fans were looking forward to how Devin Booker would play. Meaning Warren was under the radar even among Suns fans.

Warren quickly showed that he is still one of the best young wings in the NBA. In the first 13 games of the season, Warren averaged 17.7 ppg and 4.3 rpg while shooting over 45 percent from the field. He was off to a fast start until a mysterious head injury kept him sidelined for the next 13 games.

With Josh Jackson coming on board, Warren will have to play with a chip on his shoulder in order to keep his minutes. Jackson is the better defender by far and the thing that will separate one from the other is shooting.

In a league where three-point shooting is heavily used, Warren will have to step up. He only shot 31.2% from three this past season.
