Trade 4: Miami

MIAMI, FL – MARCH 3: Justise Winslow
MIAMI, FL – MARCH 3: Justise Winslow

This is by far the most fun trade. Let’s reunite the two headed monster of Bledsoe and the Dragon in Cleveland with King James and surround them with shooters. It’s just crazy enough of an idea that it might work. If nothing else, it gets Cleveland a significant upgrade over Shumpert.

For Phoenix the ability to swap Bled for two picks is the same return they got for Dragic, which is fitting irony. Turning T.J. Warren into Justise Winslow allows them to team him up with Josh Jackson and Dragan Bender to form a mean spirited defensive lineup. Come on, this trade is fun.

Cleveland Receives – Goran Dragic, Eric Bledsoe, and T.J. Warren

Miami Receives – Kyrie Irving

Phoenix Receives – Justice Winslow, Cleveland 2021 pick to PHX (top-10 protected), and Miami 2023 pick (no protection)
