While Devin Booker is already the Suns’ best player, that is not what this list is ranking. We are ranking potential. It seems reasonable to believe that we have already seen almost everything that Book brings to the table. We have seen his fantastic offensive arsenal and his lackluster defense. Sure, there is room for improvement, but Booker has certainly established himself in this league.
