"Most Exciting Player: Mike James – There wasn’t a game where Mike James scored under double digits. As a guy who is fighting for a place in the NBA, I appreciate the fearlessness and confidence he put on display as the leading ball handler. I know I threw out a bunch of sports cliché’s, but I was impressed by his aggressive scoring attitude. Giving guys buckets at will at times. His Summer League showing provided enough that the Suns should let him stick around for a while."

"Most Exciting Player: Mike James – He lived up to his billing, and followed up his supreme 2015 Summer League appearance with averages of 20.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 3.0 turnovers, with 53.8 shooting from the field. As a score first point guard, his personal success was off the charts. He had the kind of Summer League Suns fans were hoping to get out of Marquese Chriss. Because of this, the loss of Tyler Ulis did hurt the Suns’ chances of winning the tournament as I believe that not only is Ulis the better player, but he would have better facilitated an offense that would have scored more points overall. Either way though, James’ offensive firework did make him the most exciting player to watch."
