Free Agency: Where a season can be won or lost

The Phoenix Suns are in a precarious position right now. There is a lot of temptation to forgo the rebuild process and get a jump start on winning by making a splashy signing in free agency.

Many fans want to aim for a “win now” roster. It seems like years (it has been) since the last time we made it to the playoffs. As fans our patience for playoff games is dwindling as the seasons pass. Realistically, we are still looking at at least a few more years of non-playoff seasons. But if the Suns bring in talent, things can change right away.

So lets have a little fun with free agency talk before it kicks off. We will take a look at what would be considered dream free agency signing scenarios as well as the more realistic options.
