The Phoenix Suns made a critically acclaimed draft choice by selecting Josh Jackson with the fourth overall pick. How do our other selections fit into next season?

If you’re like me, once the second round came around you were probably hoping the Suns would draft a player with more size in someone like Ivan Rabb or Jordan Bell.

Bell had worked out for the Suns and was quickly noticed for being one of the more athletic players in the draft this year, reminding a lot of people of a Draymond Green-type of player.

If there is a way to beat the Warriors in the coming years, one would assume that we would want to draft like them. The Warriors then drafted that exact player. We already have a very Klay Thompson-esque player in Devin Booker, why not continue with that theme?

However, the Suns took a completely unexpected direction when they drafted two pure shooters, shooters that a majority of people probably aren’t familiar with. We will have to analyze how these two will fit in the Suns rotation and why Ryan McDonough and team went with these picks.
