Signing Paul Millsap isn’t that bad of an idea

The topic of how the Suns could potentially improve their roster this offseason has been discussed at length recently about, not only for the short-term, but potentially for the long-term as well.

Names such as Kristaps Porzingis, Kevin Love, Blake Griffin, Jimmy Butler, and others have been connected to the Suns this offseason in one way or another. Except for Porzingis, their names have been discussed in connection to Phoenix on several times over the past few years, but now that the Suns actually may have won  the NBA Draft with the selection of Josh Jackson, fans are more fully connected to the patient path that the franchise has been taking the past two years.

However, one name that has been connected to Phoenix that makes more sense than all the others (again, expect for Porzingis) is Paul Millsap. While his age scares people, his talent and potential contract, should not. In fact, it makes so much sense that the Suns should entertain the possibility of signing him, and thus I am going to offer you that it makes more sense, to sign him, than not.
