#5 Make a selection and trade for another lottery pick

The final best option to make today the best day of the year is if Phoenix makes their selection at number four, whoever that may be, then trades back into the lottery to select one of the other big names mentioned already on this list.

Whether they draft Josh Jackson or Jayson Tatum first, if they could somehow make a move to select Fox or Issac without giving up too much in the way of already accomplished assets, Suns fans would be ecstatic.

Unlike last season where the Suns already had a second first round pick and highly-touted draft-and-stash shooting guard Bogdon Bogdonovic to move, Ryan McDonough will have to be a little bit more clever this time around. The two Miami Heat picks in 2018 and 2021, plus his own first rounders could all be used to make a trade, not to mention other assets like Brandon Knight, Tyson Chandler, T.J. Warren, and more.

If McDonough is able to pull this off and give Phoenix two first round picks, then while it will not have been as great as the first for scenarios, this certainly still would guarantee fans one of the best days of the year.
