#3 Have the option to draft Jackson

While there is not only some dissension throughout the Valley of the Suns but now apparently in the Suns front office as well, it as been widely believed that Josh Jackson is the third best option to draft today behind Markelle Fultz and Lonzo Ball.

However, the Suns hold the fourth pick with Boston one spot ahead of them, and thus it has long seemed unlikely that Phoenix would have a chance to draft who is likely the best two-way player in the entire draft.

If for some reason Boston decides to select Jayson Tatum third overall allowing Jackson to fall to four, then the sting of not landing a top-three pick in the draft lottery would be entirely wiped away.

By all accounts Josh Jackson could be the next Kawhi Leonard once he improves his shot. And if that shot does come, then it is entirely possible that the Philadelphia 76ers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Boston Celtics, will all be kicking themselves for passing up on this supreme all-around talent.
