8th Pick

This is an absolute dream trade for the Suns. They give up the 4th pick, and Marquese Chriss. They also give New York their 2019 pick, the higher of their second round picks this year, and Brandon Knight, who could do with a fresh start in New York. Phoenix not only gets the 8th pick, they get Porzingis, who they can pair with Devin Booker to have a young, dynamic duo to build around.

. Small Forward. North Carolina. Justin Jackson. 8. player. 66

Jackson doesn’t have the highest ceiling, but he has arguably the highest floor of any lottery pick in the draft. He is a good all-around scorer, especially after adding a decent shot from behind the 3 point line last year at UNC. He also shows plenty of defensive upside and promise, something the Suns are definitely in need of. Jackson would be an upgrade over T.J. Warren.
