15th Pick

This is a pretty involved trade. The Blazers overpaid their bench to the utmost, and this move lets them dump two of those contracts in Leonard and Harkless. They also give up two of their three 1st round picks. In return, the Suns send them Brandon Knight, who can spell Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum and still provide offensive firepower. They also get both of the Suns’ 2nd round picks this year, and Miami’s protected 1st round pick next year.

66. . Center. Texas. Jarrett Allen. 15. player

Jarrett Allen is one of the rawest prospects in the draft. He has all the physical tools a team could want at the center position, and he shows promise on both sides of the ball, not just the defensive side. If the Suns want to keep Tyson Chandler and move on from Alex Len, Allen is the perfect player to sit behind Chandler and learn. He needs several years before he should even get consistent playing time, but he has the upside to be a good player for Phoenix several years down the road.
