21st Pick

In this scenario, the Suns are looking to get some value in return for Warren, who might want a trade if the Suns take Jackson or Tatum, or even Isaac, at number 4. They pick up the 21st pick this year, take on Singler for 3 more years, and get a 2nd round pick in 2019 to most likely be flipped in some future deal down the line. The Thunder get a starting caliber SF who can create his own shot, something the Thunder desperately need. He’s not ball dominant, but gets his points when he has the opportunity, which is great when playing with a point guard like Russell Westbrook.

Justin Patton. 21. player. 66. . Center. Creighton

Patton is still the best pick for Phoenix at this position. You can never have enough big men, especially ones with the quickness and defensive upside of Patton. Whether his drafting means the Suns don’t sign Len, or that they trade Tyson Chandler, Patton has a lot of value for the Suns, and he’d be a good piece for the future as either a backup or a surprise starter down the road.
