The Suns are in an odd spot at center with Chandler as a returning start and Alan Williams and Alex Len as restricted free agents.   It seem absurd to let a former #5 overall pick go to retain an undrafted free agent, but that’s probably what the team should do.  If they don’t, they can quickly fill that gap with Alan Williams wannabe, Caleb Swanigan.   Similarly undersized at 6’9″ he still managed to put up 19 points, 13 boards, and 3 assists per game.  His 7’3″ wingspan allows him to play with much taller competition.  He’s not going to be a starter on a team, but he’s a hustler with a great personal story (he was 350lbs in 8th grade) who can be an efficient spark plug off the bench.  Sound familiar?
