This one could be fun.

This Lakers team for the 3-on-3 tournament is the definition of, “we’re going to try and outscore you!” The defensive upside isn’t great but this group would be fun to play against. Especially at the potential for Larry Nance highlights.

This matchup could be a back and forth affair. With that said, Bledsoe and Booker have had their way with the Lakers recently.

Booker scored 39 against them in their November matchup and has only scored less than 20 points twice in the last seven meetings. Bledsoe has a 30-point game and triple double to his name this past season against the Lakers.

In this matchup, the Suns would feature Bledsoe and Booker heavy on offense considering the level of confidence they have. I like their chances here. Even more so if Swaggy P’s confidence becomes more of a curse rather than a gift.
