(Trade Value: F)

There was no one more surprising last year than D.J. as his high-flying dunks captured the imagination of millions, earning him a spot in the Slam Dunk Contest during All-Star Weekend. At 19-years-old there is still plenty of skills he can add to his game to make himself into a valuable player in the Association. At the moment, however, he is nothing more than an oddity who would still normally be found deep on the bench when all veteran players are actively participating. While under contract for the next two seasons, his contract in totally unguaranteed. This makes him a potential player to be traded should the Suns acquire a player with a bigger contract and DJ’s is required to help match the salaries. Otherwise, he almost certainly holds very little value on the trade market, although tons of hopeful value by fans in the Valley of the Suns.
