13. Tyler Ulis

Everybody that watches basketball knows that bigger is better  and the Eastern Conference Finals put that point of view on full display. The Boston Celtics are a small team, and the bigger Cleveland Cavaliers had their way with them. As fun and exciting as Isaiah Thomas was during the regular season, even before his hip injury which kept him out of games three, four, and five in the Conference Finals, Thomas was just too small to carry the Celtics on his back. The same will be the ceiling for Tyler Ulis and his NBA career. Although he proved last season that he can be an outstanding facilitator and get to the rim and finish  in the land of the giants, bigger teams will always get the better of him and ultimately teams around the league know this. Could the Suns get a first round pick for the former second round pick? Sure. Could they get a lottery pick? Not a chance.
