Malcolm “The President” Brogdon is the biggest underdog story of the 2016 draft. Taken with the 6th pick in the second round, Brogdon has become a consistent valuable role player with the Bucks. In December Jason Kidd promoted Brogdon to the starting line up and he flourished, sparking his rookie of the year nods.

Not only did Brogdon have a spectacular rookie season, but he is an incredibly well-spoken man and is a natural leader off the bench. This has led directly to the increased playing time and trust by his teammates and coaching staff. Because of his high-level of maturity and understanding of the game, he is adaptable to any situation Jason Kidd puts him in.
Brogdon might not be the best prospect from the 2016 draft but he is playing like a top pick this season.
