Phoenix Suns Mid-Season Grades Part 1/2

8.4 points, 11.4 rebounds, 0.5 blocks, 27.6 minutes per game
Chandler is having one of the best seasons of his career. He is posting career-highs in rebounding and free throw percentages as well as the 2nd best true shooting percentage of his career. At the age of 34 though, there has been some decline. His defensive abilities are beginning to dwindle as he is accumulating a career-low in blocks.
However, Chandler has embraced the role of the wise veteran. This is evident in the mini documentary series with Devin Booker called Rookie/Vet. His athleticism is there proven by his numerous thunderous ally-oops, which are still his forte. Overall, Chandler is having a great season for the Suns and is a solid place holder until Phoenix can find a long term answer at center.
